During the year, we faced the most significant security incident in our history. Despite this trial, we successfully minimized its impact, demonstrating our ability to handle crises effectively and swiftly. 

The incident that occurred in August showcased our strength in acting quickly and decisively. Our priority was, and always will be, to protect our customers and their assets. By immediately involving an independent party for a forensic investigation and keeping our customers continuously informed, we have shown a strong commitment to transparency.

We have learned from this experience and implemented several enhanced security measures. Among other things, we have strengthened our procedures and introduced ongoing security scans to prevent similar incidents in the future. This is part of our effort to build a world-class security culture.

We would like to express our deep gratitude for the support and trust you, our customers, have shown us during a challenging time. Your understanding has not only helped us navigate through difficulties but has also inspired us to continue growing and improving.
