New invoice routines

From 2019-06-01 we will introduce an administrative fee of 50 SEK on invoices with a total amount of less than 100 SEK.

Regarding invoices that have passed due date a reminder invoice will be sent out 10 days after due date has passed, if the invoice remains unpaid it will be forwarded for debt collection.
