The security situation in the world is anything but safe in many different ways, so also in the “Cyber world”.

We hear, see and read that more and more companies are being exposed to different types of hacker attacks that can lead to major consequences.
SMS Teknik has always worked to maintain the highest level of security on our services and we always will. Right now, our technicians are working on implementing Spam protection, which we will tell you more about when we are ready. Until the Spam protection are in place, we would like to urge you to look over your user data and ensure that your passwords are sufficiently secure.
SMS Teknik has a password policy that we recommend that you follow as a minimum.

We offer other security measures that can secure your account.

IP control
Here you are given the opportunity to inform us which  IP numbers you use and we will set them as trusted. Should SMS be sent from any other IP number, these SMS will be stopped.

Destination restriction
Do you know that you are only are sening SMS to certain countries, for example only to Sweden?
If so,we can limit the ability to send SMS to unwanted countries by stopping SMS to countries that are are approved. Of course  there is possible set several countries as allowed, contact our support departement and we will help you further.

2FA – Two-factor authentication
At our Customer Portal under Company Profile and Settings, you can add a mobile number yourself and activate 2FA on your account. Read more here.
