2025-02-20 13:42:24 – There are currently a disturbances that may cause delays in SMS delivery to Sweden (+46). Our team is actively working on resolving the issue, and we will provide updates when the issue is solved.

Technicians investigated the issue and implemented a fix by 15:30. We are awaiting full stabilization of traffic, but the action appears to have had the desired effect.”

Restricted SMS destinations Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you about an important update to our SMS services as part of our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest possible security standards.
As a precautionary measure, we will be restricting the ability to send SMS to certain international destinations. This decision is based on our experiences and assessments of increased risks of misuse, such as spam SMS, in these areas.
The following destinations will no longer be available for SMS traffic from our services:

+972 Israel
+212 Morocco
+249 Sudan
+235 Chad
+218 Libya
+992 Tajikistan
+234 Nigeria
+996 Kyrgyzstan
+20 Egypt
+254 Kenya
+970 Palestine
+966 Saudi Arabia
+880 Bangladesh
+216 Tunisia
+53 Cuba
+94 Sri Lanka
+976 Mongolia
+240 Equatorial Guinea
+238 Cape Verde
+598 Uruguay
+690 Tokelau
Previously Blocked Destinations:

If you wish to continue sending SMS to any of the restricted destinations, kindly contact us and specify which specific destinations you require access to. We will then add these upon your request, allowing continued usage. Please note that the cost of sending to these countries will then be 0.5 EUR per SMS.
We would also like to inform you that we are considering increasing the number of blocked destinations in the future as we identify new potential security threats or vulnerabilities. Our ongoing efforts to secure our services involve continuous monitoring and evaluation of risks. This may result in further limitations for certain destinations to ensure your safety and the integrity of our services.
