Planned maintenance on incoming SMS processing – no action required We’ll be conducting a controlled rollout of a new internal component for handling incoming SMS.
During this window, a portion of reply traffic will move through an updated processing pipeline.
All services remain fully operational, and normal SMS delivery will continue without interruption.

Planned maintenance on the Portal (new platform) Friday 24th April 22:30-23:30 – no action required We have a maintenance scheduled on the new platform 24/4 at 22:30
- minimal impact on services expected
An upgrade of the backup system will be carried out 24/4, after which a restart of the database server will be made sometime between 22:30 and 23:30.
Expected downtime for the new platform during the restart is less than 5 minutes.
The upgrade does not affect the platform or the services in operation and no action is required from you as a customer.
Only affects access to web login and the ability to send messages from there.
