Disturbance – inbound traffic +45

2026-07-31 – Update: The Reply Module ”Svarsmodul” is now functioning as expected, similar to how it worked previously.
The service has been restored and incoming messages should now be received and processed normally.

2026-07-20 12.05 – Update: An update was made Friday July 13 to introduce new +45 numbers into the Reply Module ”Svarsmodul”.
There is a process started to migrate the old +45 numbers to a new carrier in Denmark but due to vacations there and at the old carrier we have currently no updates on when this might be finalized.

We do know that no incoming SMS to our old +45 numbers are saved or possible to restore due to the termination of those numbers at the old carrier.

2026-06-30 11:00 – Update: We have identified the issue causing the service disruption in connection with the affected operator.

Our teams are continuing to work on finding and implementing a solution as quickly as possible. Inbound traffic and related services may still be affected while this work is ongoing.
