Duplicate protection

We would like to inform you that  SMS Teknik has activated a Duplicate protection on all of our customers accounts. This is to increase the level of security of your send outs.

The Duplicate protection will help you control if an SMS has the same sender, recipient number and message text as another within 1 minute, the message will not be sent out and the messages will get status BLOCKED.

If you do not wish to have the Duplicate protection activated you can choose to turn it of by logging in to our
Customer Portal through the link login.smsteknik.se and you will find the opportunity to turnoff the Duplicate protection under ACCOUNT- Company Profile and Settings.

There is also a Extended Duplicate protection to add which means that the system make a control if an SMS holds the same sender and recipient number as another within 1 minute, the message will not be sent out and get status BLOCKED.
